NOTICE is issued pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act Cap. 38 laws of Kenya, the owners of Motor vehicles, Trailers and empty containers listed below are notified to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. After expiry of the notice, the said motor vehicle, trailers and empty containers will be sold through public auction by Wright Auctioneers without any Further notice, and the proceeds therefrom shall be defrayed against all the accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs including the cost of publication.
