ACT

PURSUANT to section 6 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) Laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of motor vehicles Reg. No; KBV 200U, KDE 138Q, KBW 700C, KBR 9OOK, KCE 060U, KBN 282W, KBA 344C, KAW 938D, KCR 222M, KBZ 916Z which have been lying uncollected at Newbold Garage Limited Plot No. L.R. No. 1/466 Kilimani, Kindaruma Road Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all the outstanding charges and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner(s) and the proceeds therefrom be defrayed against all the accrued charges and incidental costs.
