NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle registration No. KCT 061Q – Toyota Vitz to take delivery of the said Motor Vehicle currently lying at Legend Storage Limited in Thika, Makongeni Estate within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with the cost of this publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public Auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
