APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in Misc. Application No. E92 of 2024 appointed Jacquiline Waithira Kinuthia, as manager and legal guardian of the estate vand all affairs of Joseph Kinuthia Njenga. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
