PURSUANT to the resolution passed by the County Assembly on Tuesday, 11th November, 2025 and in accordance with the provisions of Article 196 (1) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya and section 87 of the County Governments Act, which emphasizes on public participation and engagement in county governance processes, notice is given to the general public and Members of the County Assembly of Kericho that, by a Resolution of the County Assembly, sittings of the Assembly shall be held outside the County Assembly Chambers as follows: Date Venue/Ward Business to be Transacted Monday, 17th November, 2025 9.30 a.m. Kericho Township, TTI Ainamoi Ward Deliberation on the report by the Committee on Appointments on the approval hearing of the Selection Panel of the County Public Service Board. Deliberation on the Kericho County Youth Development Bill, 2024 (Committee of the Whole House and Third Reading). Tuesday, 18th November, 2025 9.30 a.m. Chepkemel Primary School Ground, Kaplelartet Ward Deliberation on the report by the Committee on Appointments on the approval hearing of the Selection Panel of the County Secretary and Head of County Public Service. Deliberation on the Kericho County Community Health Services Bill, 2024 (Committee of the Whole House and Third Reading). The purpose of these sittings is to enhance public awareness and engagement in the legislative process and to bring the work of the County Assembly closer to the people of Kericho County.
