whereas the office has established that the Environment and Land Court (ELC) at Nairobi in ELC Suit No. 279 of 2017 made its determination and identified the lawful and bonafide directors of the proprietor, and whereas the said application was made and presented to the registry by persons who are not recognised by the ELC as bonafide directors of the proprietor, notice is given that the Gazette Notice is cancelled.
