proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 209/11288,
situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered as I.R.
59164/1 and whereas the office received applications for indemnity
and an application for reconstruction of destroyed land register and
upon registration of the documents issued, the notice for gazettement
which was duly advertised and is contained in Volume CXXVII No.
215,
