REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pawama Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 22942– 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 6845/71 (Nairobi/Block 206/6052), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant, I.R. No. 154213, and whereas the office has established that Pauline Wairimu Mahugu (deceased) name was used to fraudulently procure a certificate of lease registered as Nairobi/Block 206/6052, and whereas Pawama Investments Limited have produced the original grant in respect of the parcel which the office has authenticated as the genuine documents in respect of the parcel that form part of the records held at the Central Registry, and whereas the office has issued adequate notice for surrender of the said land title deed for cancellation under section 14 (a) and section 79 (2) of the Act and the Regulations thereof but declined to do so, notice is given that that the lease and certificate of lease registered in the name of Pauline Wairimu Mahugu (deceased) stand deregistered and cancelled.
