THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hassan Yusuf Jumaa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Msambweni “A”/1440, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E439 of 2025, has vested property to Mohamed Yusuf Hassan, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Hassan Yusuf Jumaa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 50, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Hassan Yusuf Jumaa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
