THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Njoroge Mbugua, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in Lamu County, known as Lamu/Lake Kenyatta I/2195, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Mpeketoni in Succession Cause No. E37 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Rachael Wanjiru Njoroge (administrator), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and surrender to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said Succession Orders and issue land title deed the said Rachael Wanjiru Njoroge (Administrator), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Njoroge Mbugua, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
