GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 16666

WHEREAS Geoffrey Githenya Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.55 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Othaya/Kihugiru/2102, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Othaya in Succession Cause No. E38 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Joyce Njeri Gicuku, as the administrator and (1) Joyce Njeri Gicuku, (2) James Macharia Wachira, (3) Paul Murage Wachira and (4) Ann Mumbi Wachira, as the beneficiaries, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Joyce Njeri Gicuku, as the administrator and (1) Joyce Njeri Gicuku, (2) James Macharia Wachira, (3) Paul Murage Wachira and (4) Ann Mumbi Wachira, as the beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geoffrey Githenya Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
