THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Wanyoike Gachui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.00 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Nachu/Ndacha/683, and whereas in the Chief Magistrates Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E249 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Patrick Kariuki Wanyoike, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Wanyoike Gachui (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Patrick Kariuki Wanyoike, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Wanyoike Gachui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
