THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maritim Ngelechi Ngerechi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Njoro/Ngata Block 5/152 (Ogilgai), and whereas in the at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E85 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Stephen Kiplangat Rono and (2) Dominic Ronoh, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Maritim Ngelechi Ngerechi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Stephen Kiplangat Rono and (2) Dominic Ronoh, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maritim Ngelechi Ngerechi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
