THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lukongo Andrea Chibole (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kakamega, known as Butsotso/Ingotse/1345, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kamamega in Succession Cause No. E826 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Paul Amumbwe Lukongo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Lukongo Andrea Chibole (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lukongo Andrea Chibole (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
