THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moses David, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.09 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kajiado County, registered under title No. Kajiado/Ntashart/8330, and whereas in the senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ngong in Succession Cause No. E74 of 2021 has issued a grant and letters od administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Martha Mbula Kisuna, (2) Susan Nyambura Karongo and (3) Jeninoifer Mumbi Moses who have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of L.R.A. 39, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a replacement green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
