THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Gekano Catholic Mission, of P.O. Box 416, Kisii in
the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of
land known as West Mugirango/Bosamaro West/1379 and 1380,
situate in Nyamira County, and whereas the land register in respect
thereof are lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the
said registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of
sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land registers shall be
reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that
period.
