REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Seagulls View Limited, of P.O. Box 80435–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 5054/280, situate in Kilifi in the Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 23467, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that 14th November, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE the said land register in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
