REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mwangi Shadrack (ID/0085415), of P.O. Box 305–30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.42 hectares or thereabout, situate the district of Kirinyaga, registered as title No. Kabare/Gachigi/539, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
