THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaac Kariuki Wamugunda (ID/14504028), of P.O. Box 305–30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.00 hectares or thereabout, situate the district of Kirinyaga, registered as title No. Kiine/Rukanga/2325, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
