REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mburu Chuchu (ID/3096651), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in Kiambu County, known as Githunguri/Kanjai/2460, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
