THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Randall Clive Adams and (2) Kirri Louise Adams, both of P.O. Box 1214–80400, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land, situate in Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Beach Block/2239, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease of the said piece of land has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a certificate of lease and the missing certificate of lease is deemed to be of no effect.
