REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Navwani Masinza and (2) Janet Kadali Savatia, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.0174 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 129/204, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
