REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anthony Ngure Gichini, as trustee for (1) Sasha Cynthia Wambui and (2) Jeremy Gichini (minors), of P.O. Box 3395– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Unit No. CP 21, erected on all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 29059, situate in the Kiambu District, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. No. 190505/1, and whereas evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
