IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3, and Paragraph 1 (1) (e) of the Schedule to the Kenya National Library Service Board Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Gender, Culture and Children Services, appoints— BEATRICE JEPKOECH CHANGWONY to be a member of the Kenya National Library Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 14th November, 2025.
