NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 810, in Volume D1, Folio 944/3398, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Judy Wanjiru Njagua, of P.O. Box 50, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Judy Wanjiru Odhiambo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Judy Wanjiru Odhiambo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Judy Wanjiru Njagua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Judy Wanjiru Njagua only.
