NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 22, in Volume DI, Folio 328/3355, File No. MMXXV, by our client, David Kiptanui Ruto, of P.O. Box 10165– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alex Kiptanui Lagat, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alex Kiptanui Lagat, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name David Kiptanui Ruto, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name David Kiptanui Ruto only.
