REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) laws of Kenya. To the owner of the motor vehicle registration number KDH 088S, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, to undertake delivery of the said motor vehicle currently lying at Moryx Auto Trading yard, within thirty (30) days from the publication upon payment of all accumulated storage charges, including any interest charges failure to which the said motor vehicle should be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds therefore defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
