APPROVAL

NOTICE is given to Members of County Assembly of Nandi and the general public that, pursuant to Standing Order 30 (2) and (3) of the County Assembly of Nandi Standing Orders, there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly to be held at the County Assembly Chambers, Kapsabet Town on Tuesday, 28th October, 2025 at 10.00 a.m. The following shall be the business to be transacted— (a) To lay at the Table of the House the Nandi County Supplementary 1 Budget Estimates for FY 2025/2026 (b) That, aware that the House had resolved to adjourn its normal sittings and was to resume on 4th November, 2025 and occasioned by new developments on the postponement of CASA Games, Further aware that the County Assembly has to continue its usual activities, this House therefore resolves to vacate its initial motion of adjournment approved by the House on the 16th October , 2025 at 2.30 p.m. and to continue upon approval of this motion, its normal sitting as per approved County Assembly calendar .
