WHEREAS Oshwal Education and Relief Board Registered Trustees, of P. O. Box 49633–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya is registered as proprietor of all those Sectional Units, situate in the county of Nairobi, known as Nairobi/Block 35/419/1-17, registered as Sectional Plan No.55, and whereas evidence has been adduced to show that a unanimous resolution of the owners has been reached to terminate the sectional status, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall terminate the sectional status provided that no objection has been received within that period.
