THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yusuf Juma Ahmacha, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 29/2284 7272 7272 (Ronda), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Environment and Land Court of Kenya at Nakuru Law Court E.L.C Suit No. E240 of 2014, decreed that the land be registered in the name of the petitioner Samuel Ng’ang’a Thuo, and whereas efforts made to compel the the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to register Samuel Ng’ang’a Thuo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Yusuf Juma Ahmacha, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
