GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15352

WHEREAS (1) Agnes Wairimu MC Antony, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in Kiambu County, known as Dagoretti/Mutuini/1680 and (2) Francis Munene Hiram (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that property, known as Dagoretti/Mutuini/1679, following the partition of Dagoretti/Mutuini/352, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the said registration of partition was fraudulently effected, and whereas efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the said land certificate of title for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title, cancel the partition of Dagoretti/Mutuini/352 and revert both pieces of land being Dagoretti/Mutuini/1680 and Dagoretti/Mutuini/1679 to the previous parcel No. Dagoretti/Mutuini/352, being and upon such registration the land certificate of title issued earlier to the said (1) Agnes Wairimu MC Antony and (2) Francis Munene Hiram (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
