REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Victoria Achieng Yongo and (2) George Otieno Yongo, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as Suna East/Wasweta I/15650, and whereas in the Environmental Land Court at Migori in E.L.C. Cause No. 759 of 2017, has issued a decree ordering that the complainant Bernard Juma Otieno, be allowed to have back their piece of land known as parcel No. Suna East/Wasweta I/15650 which was a Subdivision of Suna East/Wasweta I/6849, the land title deed issued to (1) Victoria Achieng Yongo and (2) George Otieno Yongo, if not surrendered within thirty (30) days from the date hereof to allow transfer of the same to Benard Juma Otieno, shall be deemed as null and void and of no effect.
