THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Muinde Kioko (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ndalani/Ndalani Block 1/184, containing 3.160 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas in the Senior Magistrates Court at Kithimani in Succession Cause No. 56 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Wilson Muthama Muinde, and whereas the said has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to Wilson Muthama Muinde, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Muinde Kioko (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
