GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15343

WHEREAS Wachira Waithaka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 12.62 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Nyeri/Naromoru/1353, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession Cause No. 156 of 2000, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Mary Njoki Wachira and (2) Sisto Waithaka Wachira, as the administrators and the beneficiaries being (1) Mark Mwangi Giteru, (2) Bernard Mureithi Muriuki, (3) Mary Njoki Wachira and (4) Sisto Waithaka Wachira, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of (1) Mary Njoki Macharia and (2) Sisto Waithaka Wachira, as the administrators and (1) Mark Mwangi Giteru, (2) Bernard Mureithi Muriuki, (3) Mary Njoki Wachira and (4) Sisto Waithaka Wachira, as beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wachira Waithaka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
