GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15342

WHEREAS Kabira Munga alias Kibira Munga Wachieni (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.75 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Githi/Kiharo/375, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 68 of 2000, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Esther Muthoni Kibira, as the administrator and the beneficiaries being (1) Lucy Wanjiru Gitonga and (2) Lucy Njeri Mwariri, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Esther Muthoni Kibira, as the administrator and (1) Lucy Wanjiru Gitonga and (2) Lucy Njeri Mwariri, as beneficiaries, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kabira Munga alias Kibira Munga Wachieni (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
