THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Gachui Thotho alias Gachui Thotho (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as title No. Kiganjo/Mutati/T.7, containing 0.24 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate‘s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E. 210 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Peter Thotho Gachui (ID/1877233), of P. O. Box 173–00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Peter Thotho Gachui (ID/1877233), and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Paul Gachui Thotho alias Gachui Thotho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
