REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jacinta Wanjiru Maingi and (2) Stephen Ihugo Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 51–10204, Karaini in the Republic of Kenya, being the administrators of the estate of Mwangi Kariuki (deceased) as per grant and certificate of confirmation of grant in Succession Cause No. E178 of 2024 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece piece of land known as Loc.14/Kairo/1452, containing 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I Intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said document and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Mwangi Kariuki (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
