THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mr. Dismas Okendo Juma, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land, situate in Kisumu County, known as Kisumu/Koru/2488 (Subdivision 2778, 2779, 2780 and 2781), and whereas the land registrar Nyando Sub-county’s attempt to summon (1) Mr. Dismas Okendo Juma, (2) Ruth Akeyo Yimbo and (3) William Ouko Yimbo through the office of the Registrar to surrender the said land title deeds failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Mr. Dismas Okendo Juma, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
