REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Omar Khamis Baleth, of P.O. Box 95228, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kilifi/Roka/847, situate in the Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a green card provided that no objection has been received within that period within that period.
