THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muarangu Ng’ang’a (ID/22765843), of P.O. Box 774– 00219, Karuri in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrator of the estate of Joyce Wairimu Kangu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kiambaa/Waguthu/4251, situate in the Kiambu County, and whereas the said land register in respect hereof has been lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
