REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Miriti Mutia (ID/36364017), (2) Jediel Mutembei Kithinji (ID/29291758), (3) Flora Nkatha Kithinji (ID/13469589) and (4) Timothy Thuranira, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land 7268 7268 containing 0.14 hectare or thereabouts, known as Igembe/Antubetwe Kiongo/6412, situate in the county of Meru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue another green card under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
