REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Karanja Kabage, of P.O. Box 50565–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 20.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Nakuru/Piave Settlement Sceme/1040, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33(5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
