REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mayfair Holding Limited, of P.O. Box 1064, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.22 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kisumu/Kogony/1799, situate in the Kisumu District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a white and green card under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
