REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bakari Salim Ngao (deceased), is registered as proprietor in fee simple ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in Kilifi in the Kilifi District, known as Plot No. 2 Group X- Kilifi and registered in Mombasa Registry as LT. 18 Folio 410 File 3158, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kilifi has issued a court order from Cause No. KCSUCC/E21/2025, vesting the plot in favour of (1) Shabry Yahya, (2) Riziki Fundi and (3) Khalid Said, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the original file register issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, and whereas (1) Shabry Yahya, (2) Riziki Fundi and (3) Khalid Said, have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the said file as provided under section 33(5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
