WHEREAS Drozones Stores Limited, all of P.O. Box 84831– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownewship interest of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 24299/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 86233, whereas sufficient 24th October, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
