WHEREAS Peter Macharia Kariuki, of P.O. Box 2290, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property containing 0.11 hectare or thereabouts, known as Sinyerere/Kipsaini Block 2/Kesogon/102, situate in Trans Nzoia County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
