REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fredrick Muraya Kuria and (2) Christine Wamboi Kuria, are registered as proprietors of all that property, known as Sergoit/Koiwaptaoi Block 3(Shamtrek) 57, situate in Uasin Gishu County, by virtue of a certificate of lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
