REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tierra Limited, of P.O. Box 102253, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land, situate in Makueni County, known as Konza South/Konza South Block 5 (Konza)/6343, 6344, 6345, 6346, 6347, 6348, 6349, 6350, 6351, 6352, 6353, 6354, 6356, 6357, 6358, 6359, 6360, 6361 and 6362, by virtue of certificates of titles, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
