REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) James Njenga Munyutu (ID/22630463) and (2) Purity Njeri Mugambi (ID/23629150), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Kirinyaga, known as Ngariama/Lower/Ngariama/3026, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
