REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Robert Waihenya Ngugi (ID/11669534) and (2) Patrick Thegu Mutahi (Rt. Rev.) (ID/9858885), are registered as trustees of all those pieces of land containing 0.0406 and 0.053 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Makuyu/Kimorori Block III/4679 and Loc.5/Gitura/1349, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
